We have always been surrounded by coffee—whether it was our dad having his first sip of the day or inviting friends over to enjoy a cup of coffee. After over 20 years and a series of life circumstances, we opened our first coffee shop. Located at one of the busiest intersections in McAllen, Texas, Hideout opened on July 1st, 2024.

Our journey has been difficult, but rewarding. We moved from Monterrey, Mexico, to McAllen, TX in 2011. Since then, it has been a path full of aspirations and dreams, and now we’re here to offer top-quality products and services to McAllen—and, in the future, to other regions as well. We sincerely thank the Rio Grande Valley community. We can proudly say that we love our community—we are your neighbors, your friends, and for some, your family.
