A little about us

We have always been surrounded by coffee—whether it was our dad making coffee for us in the morning or inviting friends over to enjoy a cup of coffee. After over 20 years and life circumstances, we finally opened our dream coffee shop. Located at one of the busiest intersections in McAllen, Texas, Hideout opened on July 1st, 2024. Our journey sure has been challenging, but even more rewarding. It has been a path full of aspirations and dreams, and now we’re here to offer top-quality coffee and service to McAllen. We sincerely thank the Rio Grande Valley community. We can proudly say that we love our community—we are your neighbors, your friends, and your family.
